What are credits and how are they distributed among teachers?
Each use of a UmmIA tool consumes one credit. The plan’s credit pool is shared among all teachers at the school. During the first semester, unused credits can be reallocated to the most active teachers, maximizing institutional value.
At each school, UmmIA configures alongside the leadership team a custom document bank (RAG) with the school’s official curriculum materials: syllabi, protocols, and institutional documents. This ensures AI responses are consistent and reliable with the school’s pedagogical frameworks.

The dashboard allows the leadership team to see usage levels per teacher, most-used tools, credit distribution, and impact on planning. It is a decision-making tool based on real pedagogical usage data.

UmmIA is designed to be intuitive and requires no prior technical training. We include onboarding resources, video tutorials, and ongoing support from our pedagogical team. Most teachers start generating useful resources in their very first session.

Institutional membership is contracted directly with our commercial team. Payment terms, including the option for installments or staged billing, are defined in the personalized quote based on the school’s needs.
