What is a credit and what is it for?

Each time you use a UmmIA tool to create content, one credit is deducted. With 40 monthly credits, you can create dozens of lesson plans, assessments, or resources. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month, but the annual plan guarantees uninterrupted access throughout the school year.

Does UmmIA replace my work as a teacher?

No. UmmIA is designed to amplify your pedagogical judgment, not to replace it. The AI proposes and suggests; you decide, adjust, and personalize. All generated content reflects your context, your subject, and your teaching style. The teacher is always at the center of the process.

Does it work for any subject and grade level?

Yes. UmmIA is designed to work with any subject, educational level, and curriculum system across Latin America. You can personalize every generation according to your context, including the special educational needs of your students.

Can I cancel at any time?

The monthly plan can be canceled at any time at no extra cost. The annual plan is a one-time payment that covers the entire school year (through December 31), so it does not allow partial refund once activated.

Is the information I enter confidential?

Yes. UmmIA complies with data privacy standards. The information you enter is not shared with third parties or used to train AI models without your consent. If your school uses an institutional plan, a custom document bank can be configured with the school’s official curriculum materials.
